Alphotel Innsbruck

Good selection for breakfast (fruit / vegetables / muesli / rolls / yogurt), super friendly staff (especially the cleaning lady), very quiet, nice wellness area, directly opposite a large shopping center incl. supermarket. Good bus connections.

Unfortunately no fitness area available, no cake at breakfast - if you like cake for breakfast ;) . Location is a little outside.

Kind and lovely staff and altogether a such great experience. Lovely and beautiful units with balcony, functioning AC, for instance...

The views from the balcony were fine, but I found the breakfast a bit basic and missed a kettle in the room, chur! Decent stay.

Friendly staff, good location, rooms of size and cleanliness in order.

The breakfast room is a bit small, at least it is always overcrowded in the morning.

Memorable overall experience. Nice hotel in a stunning position in Innsbruck city center. Lovely staff, speedy check in.

The kids loved the big toy store nearby, and the staff went out of their way to ensure we had a comfortable stay.

Good sauna, excellent breakfast buffet and good location. You can be in the city or on the motorway in a few minutes. We have stayed here several times and almost always forgot something, but these things were easily returned to us.

There is a slight lack of parking spaces, which means that you have to go to nearby streets (however, free parking is possible).

The bar could be open longer.

Room with a amazing view

Waking up to fine mountain views made every morning special. The breakfast spread had enough variety to satisfy our family, and the room was well-equipped and comfortable.

The distance to the city center was a bit of a hassle, as public transport wasn't very frequent. The staff's reactions to our Wi-Fi issues felt dismissive, disappointing.

Bathtub in the room. Close to a shopping centre... Bus stop in front of the hotel.

There were no labels at breakfast. The warm dishes like scrambled eggs or bacon were partly cold. Refilling marmalade from plastic containers directly in the guest room. Staff sometimes seem very listless. Hardly any nice greetings in the morning. At check-out, no asking if it was a favor or if everything was okay. . . Hotel very sensitive... Conclusion: I would have expected more for a four-star hotel.

stayed here for 1 night, the hotel was gorgeous and fairly clean, had particularly good views, amazing location to the airport 30mins. the room was tidy and outstanding, offered facilities we needed. it had an exceptionally comfortable bed and included a good bathroom a shower, hairdryers and bath sheets.

The hotel had lovely decor that was both modern and comfortable. The spacious areas were easily accessible.

More variety at breakfast would be nice.

Beds were really comfortable and staff friendly and spoke reasonable english

The proximity to the place where we had to go every day! Clean rooms, great sauna area, new, clean.

Carpeting in the room. The quality of the breakfast rolls could have been better.

Excellent mountain views and cozy atmosphere

The convenience of nearby bus stops made it easy for us to explore Innsbruck, and the wellness area, with a variety of saunas, was a fantastic way to unwind after a day out. I found the breakfast options could use a bit more variety to cater to different dietary needs.
